Job summary

Aprolis UK is seeking a General Labourer to operate from our Equipment Preparation Centre, performing a mix of general warehouse duties, workshop and yard housekeeping in a safe, professional manner.

You will take on responsibilities across yard and warehouse spaces, including truck inspections and GRN documentation, unloading/loading activities, and space-optimised storage, while adhering to Health and Safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a general labouring role.
• Able to work independently on sites.
• Willing to undertake multiple roles in warehouse and yard.

Responsibilities

• To work safely and in accordance with the company Health and Safety policy standards.
• To have overall responsibility for the yard and warehouse spaces on a day to day basis.
• To ensure the yard, warehouse and mezzanine are kept clean and tidy.
• To carry out visual inspections of all trucks being received at the Equipment Prep Centre and complete Goods Receiving Notification (GRN) documentation in line with both the companies’ procedures and ISO accreditation.
• To identify any damage to trucks or goods and notify the workshop manager accordingly.
• To carry out the safe unloading/loading of trucks or goods from both internal and external transport vehicles and ensure storage on site optimises space.
