General Labourer - Foundry

We are recruiting a Foundry Operator / General Labourer to join our client's expanding team in Congleton. Working as part of the foundry team, you'll handle aluminium ingots as they are poured from the furnace, ensuring safe stacking, packaging, and quality output. You'll be working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, so reliability, stamina, and a strong work ethic are essential.

• Monitor and report any issues with equipment or production
• Conduct pre-shift checks and maintain process control
• Record operational data accurately
• Keep your area tidy and hazard-free
• Adhere to company systems, policies, and safety procedures

Salary: Starting at £26,500 - rising to £32,944 after training (inclusive of shift allowance), with potential to reach £38,244 after 2-3 years
