Job summary

Ivy Resource Group are seeking a Labourer for immediate start in Timperley, Manchester. The role requires a CSCS Card, and at least 2 years’ Labourer experience on housing construction projects. You’ll be on-site for 8:00am to 4:30pm with weekly pay on Fridays.

References from recent projects are required. PPE includes hard hat, high vis, and steel toe cap boots. This is a site-based position through our agency, with ongoing local work for reliable performers.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required for site access.
• 2 years of Labourer experience on construction projects.
• Must be able to provide 2 recent work references.

Responsibilities

• Stripping out a floor on a house extension.
• Working hours 8:00am - 4:30pm.
