Job Title: General Labourer

Location: Addlestone, Surrey

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 4-6 weeks

Hours: Approx 10hrs/day, Mon‑Fri

PAYE Pay Rate: £16.00/hr (including £1.72/hr Holiday Pay)

Overview

Integrate Engineering Resources are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to assist with mechanical installation on a large industrial site. The successful candidate will support site operations through the safe and efficient movement of materials, maintaining a clean and organised work area, and assisting trades as required. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to get stuck in.

Key Responsibilities

• Move, load, and unload materials and equipment around the site
• Assist skilled tradespeople with general duties as directed
• Maintain site cleanliness and ensure access routes are clear and safe
• Use basic hand tools and follow instructions from site supervisors
• Help with setting up work areas and tidying up at the end of the shift
• Follow site safety procedures and adhere to Health & Safety standards at all times
• Report any hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately

Requirements
