Job summary

HireQuest Direct in Kent, WA is seeking dependable General Laborers to support construction sites, warehouses, and industrial facilities across King County. Immediate openings exist for temporary, temp‑to‑hire, and longer assignments, with both full‑time and part‑time opportunities and daily pay options.

You will help keep job sites safe and productive, handle cleanup, debris removal, material movement, and basic labor tasks while following all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Able to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Construction site cleanup and general labor tasks.
• Remove debris, scrap materials, and trash.
• Sweep, rake, and maintain clean work areas.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
• Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades.
• Move and stage materials across job sites.
• Light demolition and tear-down work.
• Warehouse support and material handling.
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
