Position Summary

Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. is a national franchise organization that provides property damage emergency services, restoration and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm and other disasters. Essential Functions / Responsibilities

The main role will be to maintain the warehouse and the contents within the warehouse. Candidate will be responsible for warehouse inventory and control, building maintenance, vehicle, shipping and receiving, and cleaning and maintaining the warehouse.

  • Warehouse Inventory and Control
    • Facilitate material and supply stock (report to day shift)
    • Equipment maintenance and servicing as needed
    • Record Movement of Equipment and tools (report to day shift)
    • Maintain Organized Receiving Areas
    • Assist with CAT situations in support role
  • Building Maintenance – as required
    • Lighting – check all working correctly (report or repair findings)
      • Maintain Appearance of Facility (Interior and Exterior)
    • Floors as needed (Front and Back)
    • Empty all trash cans (Daily)
    • Perimeter check for locked and secured building at end of shift
  • Vehicles (all companies)
    • Check daily driver reports and report to dispatch for services as needed
    • Assist with Running for Services
    • Relocate as necessary to allow workflow in warehouse
    • Vehicles parked as required at end of shift
  • Shipping and Receiving
    • Facilitate deliveries (dock or office)
    • Maintain dock area to allow expedient deliveries
  • Various daily duties as they arise to facilitate operation of warehouse
Required Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
