A local café and dining venue in Bridgwater is seeking General Assistants to join their team. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform till work including cashing up and serving customers.
  • Waitressing: serving and clearing tables.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
  • Put away stock, manage stock rotation and restocking.

Job Description
  • Till work: cashing up, serving customers, taking customer orders.
  • Waitressing: serving to tables and clearing tables, washing up.
  • Putting away stock, Stock rotation & restocking.
  • Catering for Livestock Market, Truck Stop, Conferences and Events.
  • Maintaining and monitoring daily records in line with EHO inspection standards.
  • Ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene are always met. Keeping the restaurant clean & tidy.
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service, polite and pleasant attitude.
Employment Details

Permanent: Full‑time, Part‑time & Just weekends available. Working on a roster basis (with varied shifts 6am to 9.30pm) which includes weekends and some additional evening work for Events.
