Job summary

McGinley Support Services Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an experienced General Foreman for an ongoing contract on the HS2 Infrastructure Project at North Acton / Old Oak Common. You will oversee site activities, coordinate the workforce and ensure safe, high-quality delivery to required standards.

The role requires a Gold or Black CSCS Card, SMSTS, and 3 Day First Aid at Work, plus proven frontline supervisory experience on major civil engineering or infrastructure schemes.

Qualifications

• Gold or Black CSCS Card required.
• SMSTS qualification required.
• 3 Day First Aid at Work required.
• Proven previous experience as a General Foreman.
• Experience on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activities and coordinate the workforce to ensure safe, efficient delivery to required standards.
• Support delivery on HS2 project at North Acton / Old Oak Common.

£25.33 per hour - first 39 hours per week

£37.99 per hour - hours over 39

Saturday - £37.99 per hour for the first 4 hours, then £50.66 per hour
