Location: Petersfield, Hampshire

Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour (Temp to Perm)

Permanent Salary: £29,839 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm (with potential overtime)

Contract Type: Temp to Perm (13-week transition period)

As a General Facility Operative, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations across the site, ensuring machinery and tools are maintained and production processes run smoothly. Essential Requirements

• A valid UK driving licence is required due to the location and early shift times.
• Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing tool changes and machine setups to support production requirements
• Operating sand blasting equipment to clean and prepare components
• Assisting with general facility maintenance and operational tasks
• Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations

Desirable Experience
