An education recruitment agency is seeking educators in the Lancaster area to support children, particularly those with special educational needs. Candidates of all experience levels are welcome, and there is potential for permanent roles. The position offers competitive pay rates and training opportunities.
Teaching Personnel are now working across the LA postcodes areas for several primary schools looking for educators with a variety of experience and qualifications. At Teaching Personnel, we believe that a good educator is one passionate about developing children to their full potential. We are open to any level of experience as we offer a variety of qualifications that will support you in your own personal development.
We are working with a wide variety of schools, who all have different needs for their staffing. There is currently a high demand for experience with special educational needs (SEN), this can be developed from a range of backgrounds with the right support, so we would be open to candidates who are keen to develop a career in supporting children with additional needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
