CliniHunters is assisting a Cardiff-based independent dental practice to appoint an ambitious Associate Dentist. Inheriting an established mixed NHS/private list with strong private demand and implants, you will work in a well-equipped, supportive environment.

You will receive one-to-one mentoring from an experienced Principal who places hundreds of implants each year, with support across planning, case selection, placement and restoration, and you'll join a collaborative team offering

The seven-surgery practice has invested heavily in digital dentistry, with:

• CBCT
• In-house 3D printing
• Digital implant planning and surgical guides
• Advanced clinical and specialist support

• NHS, approximately 450 plan patients and a strong private book
• Excellent patient flow and private treatment demand
• Realistic earning potential exceeding £100,000
• High-performing implant and general dentistry practice
• Part-time, four or five days available
• On-site parking and convenient rail links

For an Associate wishing to develop in implants, this opportunity is particularly compelling.

You will receive one-to-one mentoring from an experienced Principal who places hundreds of implants each year, with support extending from treatment planning and case selection through to implant placement and restoration.

You will also work alongside clinicians providing periodontal, endodontic and other advanced treatments—creating a collaborative environment where colleagues actively share their knowledge and expertise.
