General Cover Teacher - Specialist Secondary Setting

Area: Bury, Manchester
Start Date: Monday 5th January 2026
Contract Type: Full-time, Long Term
Pay rate: £200 - £220 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Closing date: Friday 12th December 2025

About the Role: We are looking for a General Cover Teacher who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to make a real impact in the lives of autistic learners. In this role, you will provide engaging, well‑structured lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring that students continue to make progress even when their regular teachers are absent. You will play a key role in maintaining consistency, offering support, and helping students thrive in a positive learning environment. You will join a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering atmosphere for all learners.
