A remote-first publishing company seeks an experienced legal leader to manage commercial and publishing operations. The role involves leading platform agreements, managing outside counsel, and setting legal processes. Ideal candidates will have 8-12 years of experience in the gaming industry, especially in negotiation under Delaware law. This full-time position offers the freedom to work from home and requires strong documentation skills.

We want a seasoned #2 from a major publisher / platform to become our first in‑house legal leader. You’ll run the function immediately and have a structured path to a formal GC title (and company secretary duties) after agreed milestones.
Within 6‑12 months you’ll:
8‑12 years PQE including in‑house at a video‑game publisher / platform (US or EU).
Deep commercial / publishing negotiation under Delaware law (US).
You’ve rolled out templates / process in a lean environment; you like remote work and clear documentation.
Remote‑first home‑office friendly core hours overlapping ET / UK minimal meetings, strong docs and real ownership.
