Working Pattern: 5 over 7, 2 Saturdays a month paid at time and a half

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage: Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, exceptional standards, and outstanding guest experiences.
• Financial Management: Maintain excellent financial control, monitoring budgets, profitability, and cost efficiencies to ensure the financial success of the restaurant.
• Brand and Trend Alignment: Ensure the restaurant stays on‑brand, delivering a dining offer that is both innovative and on trend with the latest gastronomic movements.
• Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure that every guest feels like a VIP, receiving top‑tier service and a truly memorable dining experience.
