Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) or demonstrable experience in a relevant trade.
• Previous general building experience, including working within occupied and empty premises.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety best practice.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently, following instructions and schedules.
• Full driver’s licence.
• Subject to DBS clearance.
