As a Tradesperson, you will be:

• Working primarily on home extension projects, from foundations through to structural work
• Supporting the smooth delivery of projects by taking a hands‑on, proactive role on site
• Coordinating with site managers and other trades to maintain progress and safety
• Bringing your expertise to each stage of the build to ensure quality results

To be successful as a Tradesperson, you will need:

• Strong, practical experience across early‑stage construction works – groundworks, bricklaying, structural steel installation, and general building tasks
• A solid understanding of the full build process, with the ability to work efficiently and to a high standard
• A positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
