J M A Group is seeking an experienced General Builder to lead and deliver structural and external works across residential and commercial projects, including extensions, loft conversions, renovations and new builds. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate works and ensure safety and quality throughout each project.

This hands-on leadership role requires someone who can read drawings, perform site set-outs and maintain high workmanship standards while upholding safety procedures.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Construction Trade (Bricklaying, Groundworks, Carpentry or similar).
• Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• First Aid at Work (or willingness to obtain).
• NPORS or CPCS plant tickets (excavator/dumper/telehandler preferred).

Salary: Starting at £36,000 – £42, 000 OTE + Company Vehicle & Fuel Card

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

About the Role
