Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom is recruiting a General Assistant (Cleaner) to help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gym environment. The role supports high standards across changing facilities and gym floors, contributing to a positive member experience.

This part-time position offers training and opportunities to progress within a growing Frasers Group brand, with a strong team culture and focus on excellent member experiences.

Qualifications

• Desirable: previous cleaning/housekeeping or facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all gym areas, including fitness spaces, studios, changing rooms, showers and communal areas.
• Ensure gym equipment, touchpoints and surfaces are sanitised and presented to the highest standard.
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks and daily compliance checks.
• Empty bins and manage waste disposal procedures.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report stock requirements.
• Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns promptly.
• Support the wider club team in delivering an exceptional member experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety at all times.

The Role

As a General Assistant (Cleaner), you'll help maintain exceptional standards across all areas of the club, ensuring members always enjoy a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
