The Role

We're looking for a reliable and organized General Assistant to join our team in Swindon, United Kingdom. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, providing essential support across multiple departments and functions. Organize and maintain office spaces, supplies, and equipment to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Monitor and report on inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed

Identify and report maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, and operational challenges promptly

Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, and presentation at all times

Support the team in delivering an exceptional experience for colleagues and clients
