Thomas Franks Ltd in Musselburgh is seeking a General Assistant to join our catering team at a busy independent school site. This full-time, permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a salary of 12.71 per hour.
You will work as part of a team delivering breakfast, breaks, lunch and supper, maintaining high standards of food hygiene. Previous fast-paced catering experience is preferred and occasional evenings or weekend work may be required.

An independent boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 4 to 18 in Musselburgh, Scotland. Catering for 610 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of breakfast, breaks, lunch and supper. There is some hospitality through the year. The senior school operates 34 weeks plus summer camps during the summer, which gives you the opportunity if desired to work. Salary is paid over 12 months

You will ideally have previous experience of working within a fast-paced catering environment.
