Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a General Assistant for their site at Morrisons RDC, Bridgwater. The role is 18 hours per week, with shifts between 16:00 and 00:00. A valid manual driving licence is required to support deliveries and operations. You will join a team focused on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Job Description Service

• serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Ensure that guests’ needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed

Customer Service

• provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point on their customer journey.

Answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly manner

Teamwork

• collaborate with all colleagues to ensure the smooth flow of operations and support and contribute to creating an inclusive and safe working environment Adherence to Regulations
• comply with health and safety regulations, as well as any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location Cleanliness
• maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas

Qualifications
