Job summary

Deloitte in London seeks seasoned GenAI Solution Design leaders to shape secure, scalable Generative AI programmes within our AI Scaling and Transformation team. You will guide senior stakeholders, define architecture for data and integration, and oversee multi-workstream delivery in tightly regulated environments.

The role requires strong governance, cloud platform expertise (Azure/AWS/GCP) and a proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into strategic action.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering or related discipline; advanced qualifications advantageous.
• Significant experience delivering complex AI, data or technology solutions in consulting, public sector or enterprise environments.
• Proven track record engaging senior stakeholders and leading solution architecture, strategy and delivery.
• Experience working in secure or highly regulated environments; eligible for security clearance.
• Ability to lead programmes or multiple workstreams aligning business, architecture and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client stakeholders to define GenAI strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Generative AI solutions, including data integration and deployment approaches.
• Provide design authority and governance across AI programmes for security, ethics and governance.
• Define scalable patterns and frameworks for GenAI adoption, including platform strategies and operating models.
• Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams with alignment between business needs and technical outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, architects and business teams to ensure successful build and operationalisation of GenAI solutions.
• Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering engineering excellence and consistent design standards.
