A leading automotive dealership in Swansea is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the new Geely department. The role involves direct sales, customer support through the car purchase journey, and team building as the brand expands. Ideal candidates will have a sales background, excellent customer service skills, and a full UK driving license. A competitive compensation package is offered.
Day's Motor Group are excited to be adding the Geely brand to our portfolio of dealerships in Swansea and we are therefore looking to appoint a Sales Manager to run this exciting new department.
Geely already operate in the UK market as they own Volvo, Polestar and Lotus, Geely is focused on sustainable growth so plan a sensible roll out of new models whilst they grow their dealer network.
As such we see this Sales Manager role as initially being a 'Selling Sales Manager' role, very much hands on working with a small team and helping our Geely customers through their new car journey from enquiry to handover.
As the brand expands we would be looking for the Sales Manager to build a team that represents Geely and Day's, focused on exceptional customer service and delivering exceptional results.
Naturally a full UK driving is a pre requisite of the role along with the right to work in the UK. This role will appeal to many are you an exceptional Sales Executive or Business Manager looking to take the next step in your career, a Sales Manager looking for a new challenge who understands what an opportunity exists with these new emerging brands entering the UK market.
