Job summary

WorkNest is seeking a Data Protection Consultant to join its GDPR practice in Stevenage, reporting to the Data Protection Team Lead. You will scope, analyse and implement GDPR practices, run gap analyses, and deliver DPO services to a diverse client base.

You will handle DSAR processing, develop policies, DPIAs, LIAs, and provide training. Travel to client sites may be required; full training provided; excellent benefits and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading GDPR consultancy projects (scoping, gap analyses, implementation).
• Qualified in GDPR/Privacy related certifications or legal focus.
• Knowledge of international privacy laws such as CCPA is desirable.
• Experience across various client sizes and sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage GDPR projects to meet client expectations.
• Act as SME for GDPR, PECR, and privacy matters.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope projects and deliver GDPR implementations.
• Deliver GDPR training and assist with documentation, data breaches, and DSAR handling.
