Qualifications

  • Proven experience in compliance control management or internal audit preferable.
  • Strong project management experience with ability to influence and drive change.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and positive critical thinking.
  • Proven ability to understand and articulate complex end to end processes.
  • Output oriented mindset and working well under pressure to execute at pace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills confident presenting to senior management.
  • Strong relationship management skills across stakeholders of all levels.
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to a dynamic and changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the relevant Project Guardian workstreams for GDI.
  • Create refresh and maintain Standard Operating Procedures across financial deployment activities.
  • Support the transition from PRSAs to RCSAs ensuring compliance with all regulatory frameworks.
  • Conduct regular control testing and identify key risks.
  • Produce accurate and timely control reports and monitor open OREs.
  • Identify common ORE root causes and implement process improvements.
  • Support GDI efforts in relevant IAG audits as needed.
