Job summary

Fleet Education Services is seeking passionate tutors to provide GCSE tutoring in and around Nottingham (incl. Mansfield), delivering face-to-face sessions during school hours at home or local venues.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree (Level 6) and UK tutoring experience, with an Enhanced DBS update. Flexible hours, weekly PAYE pay, and ongoing CPD are offered to help learners build confidence and improve academic results.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Level 6).
• Minimum of 6 months UK teaching or tutoring experience.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK with no restrictions on working hours.
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering personalised lessons that engage and progress learners.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and schools to support learner success.
• Maintain accurate session records through our virtual learning platform.
