Job summary

Fleet Education Services Ltd seeks passionate tutors to deliver GCSE tutoring in Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, through 1:1 and small group sessions in pupil homes or local venues. You will design personalised lessons, monitor progress, and collaborate with parents and schools to boost learner outcomes.

Flexible hours and competitive weekly PAYE pay are offered, along with ongoing training for CPD and a dedicated team to match you with suitable engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Level 6) required.
• Minimum 6 months UK teaching or tutoring experience.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK with no restrictions on working hours.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Commitment to safeguarding learners with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Design personalised lessons that engage, inspire, and help learners progress.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and schools to support academic success.
• Maintain accurate session records through our virtual learning platform.
