Job summary

Loughborough College Group is seeking an English and Maths Engagement and Achievement Mentor to support students at Stephenson College. You will provide targeted one-to-one and small-group coaching to help learners progress toward GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications.

Working with curriculum teams, you will monitor attendance, identify underachievement and implement tailored interventions to remove barriers and build confidence for further study, apprenticeships, or employment.
