• Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).
• A recognised teaching qualification.
• Recent experience in FE and a strong track record of learner success.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for teaching GCSE English Language, with potential to deliver Functional Skills English as needed.
• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support student progress and align with curriculum goals.
• Assess student learning, provide regular feedback and support to ensure success.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and effective learning environment.
