Pesaro Limited is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead GBS/Shared Services initiatives for Finance and HR. You will drive TOM design, process standardisation and ERP-enabled changes across the organisation to improve efficiency and governance.

Ideal candidates will have GBS experience, strong SAP S/4HANA/ERP knowledge, and professional accounting qualifications; London-based role with a competitive salary and bonus potential.

• Performance improvement - making functions more efficient, effective and measurable.
• GBS/Shared Services strategy
• Target Operating Model (TOM) design
• Process standardisation and optimisation
• Organisation/service delivery design
• Location and sourcing decisions
• Automation/digital transformation
• ERP-enabled transformation, particularly SAP S/4HANA
• Moving organisations from fragmented functional operations toward a more integrated GBS model.
• Benchmarking clients against peers to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Finance qualification/accounting foundation
