O'Neill & Brennan are currently looking for a reliable Gateman/Traffic Marshall to join a Bridgwater construction site on a long-term basis. The role focuses on controlling access, directing traffic, and supporting the site team.

You will hold a valid CSCS card and a Traffic Marshall ticket, with previous gateman or traffic marshal experience preferred. The position offers steady work and the opportunity to contribute to site safety and smooth operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage site entrance and control access for vehicles, deliveries and visitors.
• Direct incoming and outgoing traffic safely around the site.
• Carry out traffic marshalling duties when required.
• Keep the gate area clean, safe and organised.
• Assist the site team with general duties during quieter periods.
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
