LOCATION: Newquay

Gateman Labourer required to join a commercial project in Newquay .The working hours are 07:30-17:00 Monday-Friday. Our client has advised this is an ongoing role

Key Responsibilities

Gateman Duties

• Control and monitor entry and exit of all personnel, vehicles, and deliveries
• Sign visitors in and out and check authorisation
• Direct site traffic and deliveries safely
• Maintain site security and report unauthorised access
• Communicate with site management regarding deliveries and access issues

Labouring Duties

• Assist trades and site supervisors with general labouring tasks
• Load and unload materials and deliveries
• Keep the site clean, tidy, and free from hazards
• Move materials, tools, and equipment around the site
• Assist with basic construction tasks as required

Health & Safety

• Follow all site health and safety regulations
• Wear and maintain required PPE at all times
• Report hazards, incidents, or near misses immediately
• Support safe working practices across the site
