Salary: £43,758 to £45,300 in recognition of your skill and dedication

Location: Leyland/Agile

Hours: 36.25 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Gas Team Leader with strong leadership skills. Can you motivate and support a team of gas engineers to deliver great results? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You'll be responsible for overseeing gas servicing repairs, installations while ensuring high standards of customer service. This is a full‑time, permanent position working 36.25 hours per week.

In this role, you'll split your time between working on‑site and managing team performance from one of our Leyland offices; this includes handling sickness, performance management, and any conduct issues.

You'll also be responsible for conducting audits, managing workloads, and ensuring the team meets targets.

We’re looking for a confident candidate who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, prioritises tasks effectively, and delivers excellent service to our valued customers.

What We're Looking For
  • Recent hands‑on experience in the gas industry, covering all aspects of gas repairs, maintenance, and installations.
  • ACS accreditation, including CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, WAT1, HTR1.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team of multi‑skilled gas engineers, drive performance, and support development.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficiency in maths and English.
  • A solid understanding of health and safety regulations, including construction safety, asbestos awareness, and fire risk compliance.
  • A full UK driving licence.
