The ideal candidate has proven gas servicing experience, ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1), a full UK driving licence, and a professional, customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Experience in domestic gas servicing and maintenance.
- ACS qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 required.
- Full UK driving licence and Gas Safe knowledge.
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out gas servicing and planned maintenance across domestic properties.
- Diagnosing faults and completing boiler breakdowns and repairs.
- Identify and resolve heating and hot water issues efficiently.
- Ensure work complies with Gas Safe regulations and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants/clients.
- Complete paperwork, service records and compliance documentation.
- Update job progress using electronic systems.
- Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks).
