The Role

As Field Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting a team of field engineers and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to field engineers
  • Managing customer interactions, including complaint resolution and service queries
  • Supporting internal service teams to maintain consistent, high-quality customer care
  • Coordinating service activities with fellow managers and operational support functions
  • Assisting an agent network with training, logistics, documentation, and annual stock audits
  • Conducting quarterly audits and investigating health & safety incidents
  • Collaborating with sales teams to strengthen installer relationships and drive continuous improvement
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Domestic ACS qualifications (required)
  • Experience managing service operations within a technical or engineering environment
  • Strong working knowledge of domestic heating systems and controls (advantageous)
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to produce accurate reports
  • Experience supporting third-party agent networks (beneficial)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations professionally
  • A collaborative, positive approach and strong customer focus
