About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gas Service Engineer to join our dedicated client supporting social housing. You’ll be responsible for servicing, ensuring safety, compliance, and comfort for tenants across our housing stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of gas boilers in domestic properties.
• Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations and company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, respecting tenants’ homes and needs.

Requirements

• ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1).
• Proven experience in domestic gas servicing and repairs.
• Strong understanding of gas safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Desirable

• Experience working in social housing.
