Job summary

PH Jones in Brighton is seeking a Gas Engineer – Servicing Engineer to service and maintain domestic and void social housing properties with our 24/7 network.

You must hold ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1) and a valid UK driving licence; 2 years minimum experience and rights to work in the UK are required.

We offer a full-time contract, a base salary of £36,634.73 with earnings up to £45K, a company van and fuel card, pension and healthcare, along with annual pay reviews.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety procedures to PH Jones and British Gas standards.
• Provide excellent customer service in housing environments.

Your role

You will be carrying out servicing and maintenance in domestic and void Social Housing properties with the support of our 24/7 network

What we need from you

• Hold a valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points
• Hold the Right to Work in the UK
• Hold 2 year’s minimum qualified experience
• Be ACS qualified, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, & CKR1
• Exhibit knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards whilst offering excellent customer service
