Job Description

Nuco Solutions are currently working with a Leading Social Housing contractor, looking for an experienced domestic Service and Breakdown engineer to join their team in Northampton.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Service and repair domestic gas appliances and boilers
  • Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation
  • Maintain and monitor the supply, stock, and use of materials
  • Participate in an out of hours call out rota (every 1 in 6 weeks)
  • Act as a liaison between and internal teams to promptly resolve any property-related issues
  • Report any non-compliance or process failures to management
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a gas engineer (minimum of 5 years)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 and CENWAT
  • Experience in social housing (minimum of 3 years)
