• Gas Safe Registration with current ACS qualifications required.
• Experience working in social housing or domestic repair environments.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing diagnostics and repairs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gas servicing, repairs, and breakdown diagnostics.
• Install and maintain boilers and heating systems.
• Complete Landlord Gas Safety Records accurately.

Skills

Gas Safe Registration with current ACS qualifications - CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1

Proven experience in social housing

Education

Unvented Hot Water (G3) qualification
