Job summary
Osprey Engineering Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK provider of commercial and industrial climate control solutions for a Gas Safe registered engineer. The role primarily services and installs warm air, radiant tube heating and commercial boilers across warehouses and factories.
The position involves planned maintenance and reactive breakdown work with nationwide travel. A company vehicle and ongoing training are provided to support your professional development.
Qualifications
- Gas Safe registration is essential.
- Strong service background in warm air, radiant tube heating, and commercial boilers.
- Experience installing commercial heating appliances and gas pipework.
- Able to work independently and travel UK-wide.
- Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
- Strong fault-finding skills with a safety-first approach.
- Professional, customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing warm air heaters, radiant tube heaters and commercial boilers across major manufacturers.
- Install commercial heating appliances and gas pipework.
- Carry out planned maintenance visits and reactive breakdown calls UK-wide.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs to minimise downtime.
- Work safely at height and in live commercial/industrial environments.
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify upgrade opportunities.
- Conduct gas safety checks, commissioning, and issue certifications.
