Job summary

Pacifica is seeking a Gas-Qualified White Goods Engineer to join their Ipswich field service team. You will repair gas cookers, washers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and more, delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

The role requires CCN1/CKR1, a valid UK driving licence, and at least 2 years in white goods repair in the field. The position offers a company van, bonus potential, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Gas-qualified White Goods Engineer with CCN1 and CKR1 certifications essential.
• Fault-finding and repair knowledge for gas cooking appliances, washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, electric ovens or refrigeration.
• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points) essential.
• Field-based appliance repair experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair domestic gas cooking appliances (CCN1 & CKR1 required).
• Diagnose & repair at least four of: washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, electric ovens, and refrigeration.
• Work efficiently on pre-planned routes with in-time parts delivery.
• Ensure all work complies with company processes and health & safety standards.
