Job description
Are you a qualified Gas Engineer based near Bridgewater/surrounding areas?

Do you have proven experience in servicing and repairing domestic oil heating systems? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We’re currently seeking skilled Service and Repair Engineers with essential oil qualifications and experience to join our team. This role offers a competitive base salary between £37,939 - £40,164 depending on experience, plus additional earning opportunities such as performance bonuses and on-call payments.

Your Role
  • Undertake the servicing, repairing & maintenance of Domestic heating systems
  • Complete works in accordance with specification and gas safe regulations
  • Completion of all relevant paperwork
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and safety
  • Participate in out of hour's works, including overtime and call out
  • Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and H&S procedures
  • Reporting of all accidents, near miss events or potential hazards
  • Undertake all other maintenance works within remitWork flexibly with a diverse range of customers
What We Need From You
  • Recognised oil qualifications and proven experience with oil heating systems
  • ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
  • G3 unvented cylinder qualifications
  • LPG Gas Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
  • A full UK driving license
  • Ability to undertake out-of-hours works
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices
  • Ability to manage your time and workload independently
