Regen Solutions is seeking an experienced Domestic Gas & Wet Works Engineer for ongoing subcontract work in social housing across North West and West London.

Responsibilities include boiler installations, heating upgrades and gas safety checks within occupied homes. Applicants must be Gas Safe registered with CCN1/CENWAT, driving licence, and own tools for self-employed work. CKR1/CPA1/MET1 and unvented water knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Current Gas Safe Registration is required.
• CCN1 & CENWAT minimum certifications are required.
• Proven domestic boiler installation experience is essential.
• Strong heating and plumbing/wet works skills are essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Own tools are required for self-employed work.
• CKR1, CPA1, MET1 and Unvented Hot Water knowledge are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Install, replace and convert boilers in occupied social housing properties.
• Upgrade heating systems and install radiators.
• Carry out gas appliance and pipework works.
• Perform gas safety checks, commissioning and testing.
• Conduct fault finding and remedial works.
• Carry out domestic plumbing and wet works, including sanitary fittings.
• Service toilets, taps, basins, showers and mixers.
• Repair leaks and clear blockages.
• Complete relevant certificates and job documentation.

Regen Solutions is recruiting experienced Gas Safe Registered Domestic Gas Engineers for ongoing subcontract work with an established social housing contractor across North West & West London.

THE ROLE

Working in occupied social housing properties, duties include:

• Boiler installations, replacements and conversions
• Heating system upgrades and radiator installations
• Gas appliance and pipework works
• Gas safety checks, commissioning and testing
• Fault finding and remedial works
• Domestic plumbing and wet works
• Toilets, taps, basins, showers and mixers
• Leak repairs and clearing blockages
• Completing relevant certificates and job documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Gas Safe Registration
• CCN1 & CENWAT minimum
• Proven domestic boiler installation experience
• Strong heating and plumbing/wet works skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own tools
• Professional and reliable approach
• Comfortable working independently in occupied homes
• CKR1, CPA1, MET1 and Unvented Hot Water advantageous.
