Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a commercially focused Gas/HVAC Engineer to join a leading FM company in Hampshire. The role covers reactive and preventative maintenance on boilers, AHUs, pumps, motors and ventilation systems across multiple sites, with a £47,888 salary and 42.5 hours per week.

You'll hold ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications and an NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical/HVAC, with a Full UK Driving Licence.

Qualifications

• ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications (Essential)
• NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical/HVAC (Essential)
• F Gas Cat 1 (Desirable)
• 18th Edition (Desirable)
• Full UK Driving License (Essential)

Responsibilities

• PPMs and reactive work
• Boilers, AHU's, water booster systems, mechanical duties, ventilation systems, temperature testing, fans, pumps etc
• Inspection, fault finding, diagnostics
• On call rota (Will be discussed at interview stage)
