TXM Recruit is seeking a Gas Repair Engineer for a leading emergency repair company based in Huddersfield. The role involves diagnosing and repairing gas appliances and heating systems in customers' homes, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Salary is £46,250 plus a guaranteed £1,500 bonus in the first year. Standard hours are 40 per week, with some seasonal variability and occasional weekend/evening work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing faults on boilers and central heating systems
• Carrying out repairs to restore heating and hot water
• Carrying out boiler services
• Completing safety checks and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Representing HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care
