Qualifications

• Gas qualifications are essential for this role including minimum CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
• Out of Hours evening and weekend cover on a rota basis is required.
• Friendly and professional attitude to build strong relationships with clients & tenants.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heating systems in clients' properties.
• Ensure heating & hot water systems are operating efficiently and safely.
• Complete work progress updates and required paperwork.
