Qualifications

• Experience leading Fire Alarm Engineers or similar field teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of BS 5839 and fire safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Engineering team, balancing workloads and staffing.
• Oversee service delivery, including callouts and performance against SLAs.
• Coach engineers, identify training needs and implement development plans.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and quality of documentation.
• Support financial performance and accurate reporting of accruals.
