One of the leading Manufacturers of Boilers & Renewables are seeking a Field Service Manager within the Central Scotland region.

Your Experience
  • You holdDomestic ACS qualificationsand are confident in your technical and operational knowledge.
  • You bringexperience in Managing Service Operations, with knowledge of domestic boilers and controls.
  • You areproficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio) and capable of producing accurate documentation and reports.
  • Experience in agent network support and health and safety investigations is beneficial.
  • You are a strong communicator, a team player, andconfident in managing complex situationswith empathy and professionalism.
  • Youcommunicate clearly and effectivelyacross teams and with customers, ensuring alignment and trust.
The Role
  • You willprovide operational and administrative supportto field engineers, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to deliver excellent service.
  • Your responsibilities will includemanaging customer interactions, resolving complaints, and supporting our service contact centre and customer care teams.
  • Together with other Field Service Managers and Operational Support Teams, you willcoordinate service activitiesand maintain high standards across the division.
  • You willsupport our agent networkwith training, logistics, documentation, and annual stock audits, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Byconducting quarterly auditsand investigating health and safety incidents, you will help maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • You willcollaborate with sales teamsto support key installer relationships and contribute to continuous improvement across service operations.
