Job summary

Cmsol in London is seeking a Gas Engineer to cover service, breakdowns and installations across domestic properties. You will be able to work alone on boiler breakdowns and carry out installations to a high finish, with servicing included for some properties, aligned to customer needs.

Applicants must hold full domestic gas qualifications, demonstrate a high first-time fix record and maintain strong health and safety standards while delivering excellent service to landlords and private clients

Qualifications

• Must hold full domestic gas qualifications and be competent to work alone on domestic boiler breakdown repairs.
• Able to complete domestic installations to a high finish standard.
• Servicing of properties involved; 90% breakdowns/installations depending on preference.

Responsibilities

• Work on domestic boiler breakdown repairs and installations.

Gas Engineer required for well established medium sized company that offers a very competitive development and benefits program.

The suitable Gas Engineer must hold full domestic gas qualifications and be fully competent to work alone on domestic boiler breakdown repairs with a high first time fix record, or be able to complete domestic installs to a high finish standard. The role will also include servicing of some properties but 90% of the role will be breakdowns or Installations depending on your preference.

This clients customer base is a mixture of private work and landlords with large portfolios of properties so the ideal gas engineer will have excellent customer service skills and also be very mindful of health & Safety.
