Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

Contract Details:

Location: Birmingham, Coventry or Leicester

Contract: Midland Heart Housing Association

Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs

Commitment: Ideally 5 days per week - Minimum of set 3 days per week

Contract Length: Ongoing

Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.

Rates:
  • £23.48 per landlord gas safety check
  • £30.44 per completed repair
Key Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday (part-time min. 3 days per week commitment can be accommodated)
  • All appointments pre-booked via the client's PDA system.

Requirements:

  • ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
  • Panel Van (plain or sign written)
  • Gas Safe Registration
  • Clean DBS Check
  • No more than 6 points on Driving Licence
  • Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
  • £2m Public Liability Insurance
  • No unspent criminal convictions
